See, Mr. C...

Dear Mr. Cameron, slick and plastic
Knee-jerk jerk and Captain Drastic
Your swift response to overspending
And years of ill-afforded lending
Has left me sorta carrying the can
Me and the working woman/man.

I'm no politician so I can't shit out excuses
For the MP's wage and expenses abuses
But I do know this island has limited resources
And paying for immigrants' housing and courses
Must eventually drain us - you don't pay to train US!
And you funded the deaths in our overseas forces.

Your tax is attack
For those least fixed to pay it
NHS is a killer - your budgets
Betray it.
So what's the incentive
For Working for ages
To find I pay more
For my pension from wages.

You whine like a brat that our pensions aren't fair
As the workforce lives longer - but it won't on thin air.
I scrimp and buy value... Mr. Cameron do you?
Reality's something
You don't seem to do.

So smile to the camera
As you rob us of our pension.
Clever selfish man who shows
That greed is the mother of invention.

Vote Saxon! Lol

Awesome mr wolfie. Very well said mate. Did you hear/read about the iPad-gate? Lol or remember his comments on London riots? Lmfao that was classic :-)

Love this so right 😊

Aye. I'm no suitable leader, but what a plank!

@aleishagayle20 just seen my drop in pay. Annoyed. Can you tell? Lol

@wolfie Clever stuff 😉

@Fly10 thank you. No-one's found my fanboy 'Easter egg' yet then?

@wolfie just a bit 😄 but can see where your coming from me and my lecturers been taking part in a few protests about pensions got one due next week as well 😔 sad stuff really rather live life with respect equality and decant treatment but instead money hungry politicians who are that obsessed with trying to control everyone they can't see the suffering ordinary people are going though! 😒

Sorry ranting a bit lol 😊

@wolfie I was wondering where you where today!! Really good poetry :) really well said :)

@aleishagayle20 not at all. I object to being told that losing more money now AND as I retire, both at the expense of my children, is for the greater good ...when they don't even have the decency to take a cut themselves as a gesture... And that's a very simplistic approach. Let's not get started on other ways they're robbing the poorer folks

@RichWithey aye - that's exactly it.. Even in this country alone, taxing the wealthiest even slightly more AND implementing the Robin Hood tax would solve many of our problems relatively quickly. But it's greed again... 'Big dog-keep the lesser mortals at heel- greed'

@wolfie I know it's so true I might be like youngest person in our little group of protestors but this could have major impact on me my children etc you know anyway better then any one sorry to hear about that 😔 just shows the downfall of society 😔

@Weirdwolf Evenin. Having a rant. Care to join? You've always got a wisdom to throw in

Vote saxon? Lol. Haha. Here's what bugs me: it's all well and good saying all that about the "upper classes" and rich can pay off debts and what not BUT would you really give up all your creature comforts/house/car ect to help those lesser off than you?? Sure they have enough money to live a very good lifestyle if they all did do that, how much money does 1 actually really need after all, once you get to a certain amount of money in the bank then I guess it just sits there gathering interest. I read somewhere that there is enough money/resources in the world for the whole population on earth to live a reasonable life and survive

@aleishagayle20 it definitely will impact on you in the long term. It has far-reaching repercussions. And the most amazing thing is spelling repercussions correctly after midnight. Woohoo!

@wolfie lol hehe good on you 😊

@wolfie talking about pensions. I know lots in the postal service who have been in it for 10/20/30 years on the "old" contracts with pensions, now these guys are coming up to retirement they are being "forced" to take early retirement/pay cuts. Royal mail are closing down many depots (mail centres, delivery offices, post offices) and merging into a bigger centre so, those on pensions and old systems are forced to travel far and the "bosses" are making it very difficult for them to nudge them out the door. Reason? Money and they can get agency workers in with no pension or other benefits/schemes.

@smellyfingers but that's the point about the 'upper classes' just taxing them on a slightly higher rate, large business and financial organisations too, and they wouldn't notice the difference. It would be win-win. Millions flooding back to pay off national debt. Why object to this scenario? Just one reason: greed. No-one need lose any creature comforts.

@aleishagayle20 I need to get out more. Lol

@smellyfingers The postal mergers are a great example, aye. It's bullying and greed - the real horror is that it's so public, and yet it's so normal these days that we can easily just gloss over it

@wolfie but do you think that money would really be put to good use tho? I highly doubt it unless someone with real balls who will stand up to the puppet masters gets into some real power, again that IMO will be highly doubtful seen as these puppets are just glorified spokespeople/salesmen. They are vetted/controlled and told what to say. As I'm sure you know.

@wolfie lol not that bad they was mr.c is going you'll probably end up homeless without a job 😒 what a pessimistic stuck up nonce 😒

@RichWithey in response to your "We used to own the world" comment. I don't think we used to own the world mate. We took the the world be brute force. That's what good old blight and British empire is all about IMO. We invaded and wormed our way into other countries and exploited them for "our" own greed and needs. For king/queen and country lool

@smellyfingers Yes - was thinking about this one when I was writing. Wouldn't it be a refreshing change to have an ACTUAL leader we could look up to and rely on to make something new of government. Someone who didn't need the suited veneer and the personal agendas. People are great at writing strong leaders in fiction. Perhaps that's because what we really need could only be a fiction

I hand the soapbox over :-)

@wolfie for sure mate but lets face it how does 1 get into a position of power? Heritage? Money? You scratch mine I'll scratch your? Like I said they are all vetted, the "elitists" won't give up their power/position without a fight, history has proven that.

@smellyfingers 'To take up positions of power, one must first be seduced by it.' can't remember who (very rightly) said it. Yeh, so the person we need doesn't exist

They are the same everywhere
