@glen I try & do both in one comment, but sometimes it doesn't show that someone's RP'd until later-then I thank them, & so it goes on! Sorted now tho😉

I've appreciated your support a great deal, but I know what you mean, I enjoy real discussion in the comments much more than a stream of mutually polite murmurings. I like to make an effort to say more than just, "yay!" when I make a comment, although sometimes that really is all I have to say.

Get what your saying. I only started doing it as it seemed to be the thing to do. Like another poster says thank you for your support right from the start. 💗💗

I shall continue reposting in exactly the same way, as feel that's an integral part of Opuss & vital for it to continue growing. But 'Thanks but No Thanks' just means more time can be spent on actually reading & writing rather than filtering feed continually😌

Sensible post and although my normal instinct is to feel a kind act deserves thanks, I am going to adopt your method, it makes sense!

@crowncottage It's always been my instinct too, but I think we all know that people are grateful for RP's and in order to expand and promote Opuss, anything that makes life easier has to be good! It's only me personal opinion & doesn't matter if not everyone adopts it. It just may help a little, that's all. Thanks for your comment & support 😌😘

I never used to thank for others reposting for ages but then I felt a little guilty but I too am having trouble keeping up with who did and didn't in my feed! Have you noticed some repost with leaving a comment then when you thank them they comment? Lol!
