What is wrong with people today. Seriously. They don't know how much words hurt. A girl on instagram told me to go drink bleach and kill myself last week. Just because I told her that she shouldn’t make a joke about self harming. I laughed it off. But how long can you laugh things off for.
My best friend also went behind my back( she didn’t know I was there) and said people who self harm are freaks. Knowing I self harm. I cried my eyes out at that. And did my best to stop as I thought that would make me normal but when I heard that I just did it. I don't blame her because maybe she was just saying the truth.

People can be so cruel. I'm so sorry you're a victim of that cruelty. I hope you are alright. Please don't self harm though.
I think you have to give your friend the benefit of the doubt...sometimes when people don't understand something they tend to attack it. She is probably worried about you but has no idea how to broach the subject or how to try to help.
I'm so sorry to hear that you have been treated so cruelly. People who do not suffer with the pain that is inside you will never be able to understand the war that you wage with yourself. You are strong...you have to be every day dear.
