There's no music. Guilt. Shame. Anger. Yes. But not music. Half awake. Apart from that stupid bass beat from next door. Thump, thump, thump, thump, thump . . . Never changing. Relentless. Mindless.
Lock me away. Just make me stay. I won't leave this room. Outside is my doom. People that mock me. Things that block me. It's a lot to take in. I'll need more than a min. I'm scared to go out.
I'm sick of being scared of being sick. The constant worry of an anxious mind, 'Is it just a cold or is it something worse?' 'Is it just that I ate too much or is it that it was dodgy.
Some say silence is golden, But to me, silence is killer. I'm not sure why, But I can't stand silence. I can't sit it either. Silence and I are mortal enemies.
HORRIBLE THINGS!!! I've had 3, but not for a long time now, thankfully. My fingers all curled into my palms so that my nails dug in and I couldn't open them - and arms tightened up too! π³π³ππ±π±π± Mever want one of those again!!!! Hope you are feeling better ππ
Thanks @MrsS they gave me some tablets and told me I had a slight vertigo problem. I've been good for a couple of weeks now. Touch wood
