Am I right to think sausages should be expected? Or should (as my non-cooked breakfast liking wife contends) we state them specifically?

I can't seem to get my head around healthy living. I've been trying for 12 years. Either I eat well and don't exercise, or vice versa. Right now I'm going through an exercise phase.
I love the Great British Bake-Off. The smell of lemony cupcakes is sneaking out from the oven and filling the house. NOM. Seriously though - the book is great for beginners or dab hands!.

I would say black pudding rather than sausages but to each his (or her) own.
I would say sausages are not necessary if you serve with hash browns, pancakes or potatoes, otherwise I would agree you need a sausage.
