In the pits of your,
Tummy,
Squeezing it
Tight,
Manifesting in terror or
Fright,
Sickened stomach,
The mind becomes a
Race,
Speeding up,
never loosing
Pace,
A feeling,
That you can't quite put your finger on,
You can't
Pinpoint,
The worry the angst,
Uneasy,
Nervous,
Agonised,
Waiting for the
Surprise,
With each
Sunrise,
The worry goes,
Then returns as the day
Flows,
Black clouds and
Rain,
Dismay,
Floods of the
Unease,
Minds games, minds
Tease,
Chest is
Compressed,
With the worry and the
Stress,
Then as the clouds
Part,
The sun locates the new
Start,
The worry
Dissipates,
The sun
Alleviates,
Breath no longer
Strained,
Cheeks no longer
Tear stained,
The worry has
Gone,
Rainbows and
Sun,
Are in your
Skies,
No more tears
Leak from your
Eyes,
Hold on
Hold tight
You will in time
Banish,
The worry will
Vanish.
