My First.........

Now I'm positively teary

What has caused my frown
It was Lee with his colour 'Brown'

Totally uninspired
My brain has become unwired

Invaded by visions of 'Poo'
What's a girl to do.....

So I'll tell you a little story
That's not at all gory

Changing my babies first nappy
I actually felt quite happy

Until I saw it's contents....
Not exactly heaven sent

It wasn't brown and mean
But sticky and yellowish green!

Lying there looking so innocent
It felt like a gag was imminent

How could someone so angelic
Turn my mind to psychedelic

I placed a kiss upon her tummy
And Daddy said "that looks yummy"

Thinking he'd got the upper hand
But didn't really understand....

Glad I changed her first
Because from there on, it only got worse!
