Ok, people, better limber up
Before you try this one out.
Many have had injuries
From doing this and mucking about.
Right, take your jeans, unbutton them
And pull the zipper down,
Perhaps give the waist a stretch
And don't give me no cynical frowns.
One leg in, here we go,
Now the workout begins
Just shimmy about a bit
Before you put the other one in.
Warm up's done now wiggle
As you pull the damn things up.
Jump about your room
As you start to loose your puff.
Luuuuuuunge and luuuuuuuunge
And one more time for luck.
Can you feel your blood pumping?
Things are hotting up.
Wiggle your bum again
As they inch up more and more
You know the pounds are falling off
Once you feel yourself get sore.
Now suck in, hold your breath,
Quick! Do the button now!
Zipper up. Don't want you flying low.
How much do you weigh anyhow?
Et voila! There we go.
It was all worth it, see?
And you'll only have to do it all again
Next time you need to pee.
