I can sum the series up in a single word, and that single word is 'sad'

I saw it once last year whilst having a glass of wine
I laughed my fucking head off at this metal dog called K9
Luke's got a light saber and he was a great survivor

So this years Christmas special, when the doctors on the tele
I'll be watching something else where the actings not as smelly

I liked Chris eccleston and a few of the tennant ones. But don't like last series or new as its not " family " viewing anymore. Too many adult themes, but thank fully my lad just looks glazed, especially after last nights. How awful. 😱😱 very funny write though 👏👏
Mildly amusing 😜 but the nostalgia the Dr evokes and the sharing of the family viewing has a special place in my heart, I shall have to send round some Santarons to sort you out 👽😂
Great rhyme Glen. But I have to disagree. It is pure entertainment. Full on escapism and the good episodes rival anything from Hollywood and the best state side dramas, soaps and sci fi attempts. Some of the best writers known to mankind have written episodes for Dr Who, with Neil Gaiman's episodes being a particular favourite of mine. It's lasted nearly 50 years on TV (on and off) nothing can match it from the world of sci fi TV and most other forms of TV show. I agree that his side kick Amy is hot, unfortunately this is her last series but if you did watch last nights episode, she is going to be replaced by that lass in the red dress somehow, who if I am not mistaken is equally, if not even hotter that current dr who sidekick. Also if you have not been won over, there is an episode coming on soon, might be next week? called Dinosaurs on A Spaceship. I guess it's about some dinosaurs on a spaceship. With Dr Who, especially the newer series their tends to be a story arc drawn out over the series, rather than there being a monster of the week type theme so switching on for the first time part way through a series can confuse some as they don't have a clue what is happening.
