Welcome to Topsy Turvey Town!
This is a place where things that are up are actualy things that are down!
Nothing stranger than a sight to see like a dog walking a human.
Or a shoeman hatting or a hatter doing the job of a shoeman.
Your shoes need to be swapped around and worn on opposite feet.
Being nice is very wrong and to be rude is concidered sweet!
People walk backwards in the street and greet you with goodbye!
Have you ever seen blue grass with a black and green sky?!
You expect to hear a dog bark but really it meows!
Beef comes from big fat pigs not black and white cows!
Things are certainly silly in Topsy Turvey Town.
Because when people are smiling they're actually sporting a frown!
Nothing is normal in this place because to say out your ABC's...
Is backwards in the town like counting out your 123's!
Something so simple and straight is really round the bend.
When I started this poem it was really at its end!
When you go to get your car fixed it means to get it broken.
The dumbest of people are usually the best and well spoken!
When you're buying somthing and you try to pay it really is a crime.
Not walking off with your goods could end up getting you time!
Even the prison is back to front as the cells are a holliday.
You'll be sentenced to three years on a private island getaway!
